I look forward to commuting in my refurbished T-34. It'll be my first step towards escalatory dominance in the daily road rage competitions. Hopefully, President Putin will accept a Chevrolet clunker that identifies as a Tesla, rather than insisting on an actual Tesla.

BMW is restoring the wood gassifier for cars, WWII plans and patents are their and can use coal too!

Chinese government is subsidizing battery production, opting for a cleaver dump scheme for unused new surplus capacity on the surplus capacity for their battery factories. Owning the biggest EV market and production industry, they are going for a new initiative, opting for the Lithium Road: the Silken Road will be paved on battery and solar panels (both in surpluses) and only usable by Chinese EV for charge plugs compatibility issues.

UK is adopting the new "Watt initiative", going for new railroads and cars using steam, adopting also the Steampunk fashion for them. They foresaw some issues about how to get steam because are low on coal and sun, but are confident about finding solutions before full implementation in the fiscal year 2123.

North Korea is still silent, no one is sure about implications of Tesla crack on the country but did'n seem to have stopped the test of new more fancy rockets.
