While use of drones still is increasing in wars, that's about to end already. A search for

laser defense against drones

will show that such defense systems have been applied / are being applied while laser technology still is improving.

Because cheap drones are vulnerable not only mechanically but also electronically, the "brute force method" for destruction is fairly easy. For semiconductor devices only peak value (voltage, current) matters so any microwave device producing enough peak power can disable a drone (by destroying the electronics). IOW average power use of such destructive devices can be low and run from mobile platforms.

Very interesting, as i have noted how drones are being used in Gaza and Ukraine. I am sure this is just a taste of how drones will be used in the future.

I looked up the Peace offensive, and it’s very inspirational . My experience is “governments’ want us to obey the rules, but have no interest in following them or for peace…wars make money for them, peace brings prosperity to the people.
